Aisin(Auto Guided Vehicle,Warehouse Control System)

We have fully automated the entire logistics workflow—from inbound receiving and storage to sorting and seamless supply to the production line.
Powered by the advanced WCS developed at our engineering subsidiary, our solution delivers uninterrupted, high‑efficiency factory logistics that kept production line running at peak performance.
Full logistics automation cannot be achieved through isolated, incremental improvements. We focused on end‑to‑end optimization. We worked closely with customer to identify challenges, designed the right system, and delivered a solution that transformed customer's logistics.

Denso(Auto Guided Forklift)

Okaya conducted a proof‑of‑concept trial for DENSO Corporation utilizing VisionNav’s AGF‑based truck loading solution. As one approach to addressing social issues such as labor shortages, we introduced automated loading and unloading operations directly from trucks.

MAZDA(Auto Guided Forklift)

We has implemented VisionNav Robotics’ Automated Guided Forklifts (AGFs) for Mazda Motor Corporation. In the inbound logistics process at the automotive plant, the BrightEye system—utilizing 14 cameras—detects pallet locations in real time and continuously updates location data. Based on instructions sent from operators via tablets, the AGFs de-stack stacked steel pallets and deliver them to the chute.

Mitsui Global Logistic(Auto Guided Forklift)

Okaya has implemented VisionNav Robotics’ Automated Guided Forklifts (AGFs) for Mitsui Global Logistic. In the warehouse inbound and outbound operation area, simultaneous control of multiple AGFs and integration with the elevator was achieved. Furthermore, reducing the between pallets clearance to less than 50 mm enabled us to maximize storage efficiency.
With the 3D SLAM navigation technology, AGF can traverse the stacked pallet aisleways safely.

S.T. Corporation(Auto Guided Forklift)

We delivered VisionNav Robotics’ Automated Guided Forklifts (AGFs), to S.T. Corporation. Previously, S.T. Corporation relied on manual forklifts for finished‑goods shipping operations. With VisionNav’s advanced sensing capabilities—one of the key strengths of its AGF lineup—the system now handles misaligned pallets and stacking operations without requiring any changes to the existing warehouse layout.

Sango Kanto(Auto Guided Forklift)

We has implemented VisionNav Robotics’ Automated Guided Forklifts (AGFs) for Sango Kanto. Leveraging VisionNav’s high‑precision 3D sensing technology, the AGFs accurately perform stacking and de‑stacking operations of steel pallets. The system is also integrated with the existing AGVs, contributing to overall optimization of the production line.
